DeliveryWare Workflow 

DeliveryWare provides workflow capabilities for incoming (faxes, email attachments, scanned documents) and outgoing documents with its integrated Document Manager.  Documents requiring validation and approval are intelligently routed to users as determined by the Rules Designer.  The same Web-based Document Manager is used to provide visibility and management to users of all delivered, received, and archived documents.
