Why Choose DeliveryWare?
Why purchase, implement, and maintain outdated fax server technology and
then have to purchase additional third-party products such as electronic forms, OCR, archiving,
data mapping, workflow, and document converters, when DeliveryWare does it
all? DeliveryWare's flexible licensing and rapid implementation makes it easy to
start using it almost immediately for an initial document automation
project and then expand it's use to other departments or enterprise.

DeliveryWare takes any system output and documents
(text, XML,
EDI, PCL, Postscript, PDF, TIFF) and captures, formats if needed, and transforms it based on recipient need, and delivers it to multiple channels. Received documents
such as faxes, emails, and scan documents are captured, routed through
workflow, delivered to internal recipients, and archived.

Compare and Save
DeliveryWare can be licensed to provide world-class fax server
services to your department or entire enterprise for the same cost of
any leading fax server. The difference is it has more features
that any fax server solution on the market today and can easily be
upgraded to provide complete document process automation when your needs
change.
DeliveryWare is a much better investment than having to
purchase, integrate, and maintain multiple "point" solutions.
The DeliveryWare Platform can do it all!
-
DATA CAPTURE - DeliveryWare has powerful graphical data capture
and mapping capabilities for defining your document rules,
transformations, lookups, and logic. Native input data types
supported are page text, record text, PCL, PostScript, XML, SAP RDI,
PDF, TIFF (fax/scan), and AFP. Integrated OCR (Optical Character
recognition) allows DeliveryWare to capture information from
received faxes and scanned images. DeliveryWare can receive input from any
combination of desktop application, email, ERP (SAP, Oracle,
PeopleSoft, Baan, others), CRM, and legacy business
applications.
-
DOCUMENT CUSTOMIZING - DeliveryWare can use your existing
application output and documents or it can completely reformat them
using basic form overlay capabilities or with integrated Crystal
Reports (included with DeliveryWare). With DeliveryWare, there is no
need for additional forms software for document formatting, BAR
codes, check printing, etc.
-
TRANSFORMATION - DeliveryWare's rules designer allows you to
easily format and transform your documents based on content,
external database lookup, directory services, recipient needs, and
more. Decisions about how, when, and where to send a document are
defined using this powerful aspect of DeliveryWare. Output data
types include, TIFF (fax/scan), text, PDF, HTML, XML, EDI, PCL,
PostScript, or wireless.
-
DELIVERY - DeliveryWare supports the widest range of delivery
methods. All are configured and managed from a centralized interface
and are all dynamically utilized based on predefined rules, document
content, or recipient needs. Document Delivery options
included with DeliveryWare are print, fax, outbound email (text,
HTML, PDF), inbound fax (via email), PDF, Web publishing, Merkur Web
Delivery, FTP, command
line, or SQL commands.
-
MANAGEMENT - Managing this wide array of delivery
options is very easy because all documents sent and received are visible through
the multiple interfaces provided by DeliveryWare which include
Microsoft MMC (Administrator), Web-based Document Manager, Windows Client,
Microsoft Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
-
WORKFLOW - DeliveryWare
includes a Web-based Document Manager for routing documents to users
for data validation and approvals. Incoming documents via
scan, fax, and email and outgoing documents for delivery can be
routed (single or multi-tiered) to users.
-
ARCHIVING - DeliveryWare has optional integrated archiving of
delivered documents regardless of data type and can also store
incoming faxes. With DeliveryWare's OCR capabilities, information
contained within fax documents can be used to route and store
incoming faxes. Simple query and viewing tools make searching,
