DeliveryWare Image Data Capture

DeliveryWare's Dynamic Data Capture (DDC) allows information  contained within document images including faxes, email attachments, and scanned documents to be captured, validated via database lookups, and routed to users for validation and approval within DeliveryWare's Web-based Document Manager.

Use DeliveryWare data extraction for:

  • Capturing information from received faxes, email attachments, and scanned images
  • Extracting data from supplier invoices for workflow and automatic upload into AP systems
  • Extracting data from sales orders for workflow and automatic upload into order management systems
  • Capturing index/meta data information from documents for archiving within DeliveryWare or external document management systems
  • Document Process Automation Made Easy

The DeliveryWare Rules Designer (left screen below) is used to capture data and design Web-based workflows (right screen below).  Data extracted from the document and external data lookups (ODBC/LDAP) are used to route the document, verify captured data, and determine archive indexing.

The DeliveryWare Rules Designer is used to define captured data fields, do lookups, route, and provide Web-based user validation (right).

The DeliveryWare Document Manager provides Web-based user validation and approvals of documents.
