Intelligent Inbound Fax Routing and Processing

Intelligent inbound faxing routes incoming faxes to virtually any destination — users' desktops, workgroups, forms-recognition application, or document management systems. Faxes can also be automatically captured and processed by DeliveryWare's integrated Workflow where data on the fax is captured, validated, and processed into business applications.  Along with faxes, received emails and scanned images can also be processed by DeliveryWare.  Routing faxes can be based on numerous fax or system attributes such as:

  • Direct Inward Dial (Brooktrout DID) number
  • point of origin (phone number, area code, etc.)
  • time of day
  • fax size (number of pages)
  • fax content (OCR data extraction)
  • barcodes
